You can ask Pixel Turtle Apps to delete your Aura Tarot account and the cloud data associated with it.
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase account associated with Aura Tarot.
- Your saved profile information.
- Your cloud reading history, daily-card history, and stored interpretations.
- Other user-specific cloud records that are no longer legally required.
Aggregated analytics that can no longer identify your account may remain. Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Before you request deletion
Deleting Aura Tarot data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from Google Play before submitting the request. Deletion cannot be reversed after completion.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address connected to your Google Sign-In, when applicable.
- Use the subject “Aura Tarot — Data deletion request”.
- State whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific cloud data.
- We may request limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.

The email button prepares the subject for you. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, passport scans, or other sensitive documents in the first message.

You can remove information stored only on your device by clearing Aura Tarot's app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. This does not delete cloud data or cancel a subscription, so use the process above when you also want cloud records removed.
